Shri. Anil Kumar Dutta (Retd Member ANS)
Shri Anil Kumar Dutta is a Science Graduate from the University of Delhi and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration. His career as an Aerodrome officer started through his selection via UPSC in the year 1985, he was a direct entry Class-I Officer, in the erstwhile Civil Aviation Department. Prior to joining the Civil Aviation Department, he served the India Meteorological Department, New Delhi for 5 years. He subsequently worked with the National Airport Authority in 1989 and the Airports Authority of India in 1995.
Biography
Shri Dutta took charge as The Member of ANS (Air Navigation Services) on 1st October 2015 & was serving as a board member of the Airports Authority of India (AAI). Prior to this, he was the Executive Director of ATM (Air Traffic Management) and General Manager in the directorate of Air Traffic Management based at the corporate headquarters of the Airports Authority of India. He has dedicated more than 30-years of service in the aviation sector handling various roles and has acquired vast experience in the field of airport management and operations, airspace planning and management, aerodrome licensing and international liaison.
In the year 2003, he was posted at the Civil Aviation Training College (CATC), Allahabad as a Senior ATC Instructor. Under his able supervision, as project manager; the installation, testing and commissioning of a state-of-the-art ATC Radar Simulator was completed at CATC, Allahabad
